belfast legal walls
Seedhead Arts, thanks to funding from Belfast City Council has worked to secure Belfast’s first fully legal graffiti wall.
(Yes, yes we know that there’s loads of spots that have been effectively legal for years but this is the first one that’s 100% official and open to everyone.)
Anyway the two spots aquired so far are on the NIE substation on Little Patrick Street and on the back of Vault Artist Studios accessible off Tomb Street.
