Belfast Street Artist Mentoring Programme

Belfast City Council has engaged Seedhead Arts to manage and deliver a developmental opportunity to selected established street artists in the city. The aim of this project is to allow for mentorship and skills development in the field of street art.

Who is this Opportunity for?

Thanks to this investment from BCC, we are able to offer six bursaries of £2,000 to Belfast Street Artists and the closing date for submissions is 12 noon on the 12th May 2024.

In order to be eligible for this award you must meet the following criteria…

  • You must be a professional street artist

  • You must be resident in Belfast or be able to demonstrate a tangible contribution to the Belfast Street Art scene.

  • You must be able to demonstrate at least three large scale mural commissions (10m sq and above)

  • You must have been invited to paint in at least one festival outside of Northern Ireland.

  • Only one mentorship per artist
