Join us on 1st of May at 2RA for ‘The Other Place’ at the Hit the North Street Art Festival 2026, a day-long conference in the heart of Belfast. Discover how anti-establishment artists, especially street artists, are transforming cities through creativity and resilience. Explore the intersection of art, urban planning, and community as we discuss how artists can drive positive change in our cities, and how we can support them. This event brings together place-makers, planners, and artists to challenge conventions and foster meaningful, beautiful change.

Last Year film maker Nina Kormann came to Belfast and documented the madness that is Hit the North. The amazing film she made has been screened on TVs across Europe… but not here.
So to launch this year’s festival line up we’re screening the full 50m film in the Belfast campus of Ulster University. ALL proceeds will be going to the running of this year’s festival.

When we first announced that we were looking to stop working with multi-national corporations because we wanted to work with local businesses who wanted to build value in Belfast not extract it, Mike’s Fancy Cheese were straight on to us asking to get involved. Legends.

Local legend and tour guide expert FGB has been given the delicious brief of celebrating the Belfast institution Established Coffee. Their coffee has been fuelling out ideas pretty much since the festival started so we’re buzzin to be celebrating our love for them with a sweet sweet T.

Alana’s T-shirt design for this year’s festival gives a well earned nod to our longest running collaborator The Sunflower Bar. We literally wouldn’t be able to run the festival without them. Alana’s design encapsulates the festivals energy and those lush warm summer rays.
Alana has been off travelling the world last year so we are thrilled to see her back in Ireland and painting at the festival this year !
