In 2023 we celebrated out 10th birthday (it was our 11th festival, but that’s how birthday’s work right?). As well as inviting a lot of our favourite artists back from previous festivals we lined up some proper legends to paint in Belfast for the first time and had our biggest line up ever.

Running from 27th - 30th April, 2023’s festival had a host of fringe events launching with an exhibition in Vault Artist Studios, one of the last events in the Tower Street site, and as usual it culminated in the annual Hit the North block party across Kent Street and Union Street, Belfast where, over 80 local and international artists, with an array of styles and techniques, brought artwork to life throughout the day.
